Northstar was retained to provide access to the Carillon Clock Tower located in Exhibition Place, downtown Toronto throughout a restoration project. At over 80’ feet high, the four-sided access tower was fitted with debris netting during the first phase of the restoration project which was then replaced with an abatement enclosure for the second phase of the restoration work.
