- To provide proper equipment, training, and supervision to all employees and sub-contractors
- To work in a spirit of consultation and cooperation with our customers and employees to improve safety
- To provide ongoing training (including leveraging Carpenters Union training programs wherever possible)
- To leverage technology wherever possible to better manage and track our health & safety programs and metrics
